About

An AI engineering company based in Muscat

We build the AI systems that institutions in Oman and the GCC depend on — and we stay to operate them.

01About

Our position

We believe AI is not a feature to bolt onto yesterday’s software. It is becoming the foundation of how institutions serve people and make decisions — and organisations that build it on their own terms will keep control of their data, their costs and their future.

AICubes exists to engineer that foundation for the Gulf: private by default, bilingual from the start, built on open models and open standards, and accountable to the people who use it.

We are deliberately an engineering company. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, deploy it and support it afterwards.

02Why AICubes

Built for institutions that cannot compromise on control

  • 01

    Sovereign by default

Systems are designed to run on infrastructure you control, so data, prompts and models stay within your jurisdiction.

  • 02

    Production, not pilots

A senior team builds in production conditions from day one, with security, monitoring and documentation included.

  • 03

    Arabic-first and bilingual

Interfaces, models and evaluation are designed for Arabic and English users, including right-to-left layouts.

  • 04

    Open and accountable

Open-weight models and open standards avoid lock-in, and human oversight and audit logs are built into decisions that matter.

03How we work

Four phases, one accountable team

The same operating model applies whether we are deploying a private LLM platform or a single document workflow.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

A short study with the people who will use the system. Outputs: target metric, system map and risk register.

    Typically 2 weeks
  2. 02

    Engineer

A small senior team builds in production conditions from day one, with weekly reviews with your stakeholders.

    Typically 6–14 weeks
  3. 03

    Deploy

Roll-out on on-premise or in-country infrastructure, with operator training and runbook handover.

    Typically 2–4 weeks
  4. 04

    Operate

Continuous evaluation, model updates and a named engineering contact for the life of the system.
